My approach is skills-based, body-aware, and warmer than the word "clinical" would suggest. We'll get into your patterns, your self-concept, your relationships, and what it would actually feel like to live in alignment with who you are — not who you learned to be.

You'll leave sessions with real tools and real perspective. Not a list of affirmations and a homework sheet. And probably having laughed at least once, which somehow makes the hard stuff more bearable.
