Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions for adults doing the real work of building a self — or rebuilding one after it's taken a few hits. That might look like untangling where your self-esteem actually came from and whether it's still serving you. Learning to navigate conflict without either imploding or going silent. Getting through a major life transition without losing your sense of who you are on the other side of it. Figuring out how to live in a way that actually matches who you are, not who you learned to be.
It's real work, and it takes courage to show up for it. But you don't have to do it alone, and you don't have to do it joylessly.
Sessions are 50 minutes. Frequency is usually weekly to start.
Couples and relationship therapy
For partners who want to communicate better, repair ruptures, navigate conflict without it becoming a full-scale incident, or figure out what they actually want from each other.
I also work with people in non-traditional relationship structures — you won't spend the session defending your choices or convincing me your relationship is valid. We'll skip that part and get to the actual work.
Teen therapy
For teenagers who are smart, self-aware, maybe a little skeptical of therapy, and deserve a space where someone is actually straight with them.
I love working with teens. They ask good questions, they can smell inauthenticity from a mile away, and when they trust you they do genuinely meaningful work. Sessions are collaborative and skills-focused — we're not just processing feelings, we're building real tools for navigating the specific chaos of being a teenager in the world right now.
Parents: I'll keep you appropriately in the loop while respecting your teen's need for a confidential space. We can talk about what that looks like during the consult.
Fees & logistics
Sessions are 50 minutes. Frequency is usually weekly to start.
$150 per 50-minute session, with sliding scale and superbill availability.
Currently working with clients throughout California via telehealth.
